therapy for womeN

Welcome. I’m Lindsay Triehy.

I provide therapy to women experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, and the emotional challenges that often come with perimenopause.

Anxiety can surface when life feels unbalanced, stress levels rise, or when we become too busy to prioritize better self-care. When ignored or pushed aside, it can sometimes build into panic attacks, making everything feel even more overwhelming.

Many women also notice heightened irritability, anxiety, fatigue, or mental fog during perimenopause, which can make everyday tasks harder to manage.

In our work together, I offer a supportive, collaborative space to help you move through this uncomfortable time. We’ll explore practical coping tools and strategies to help you find relief and begin to feel more grounded. Together, we’ll work toward creating more balance, calm, and fulfillment in your life.
